A lightscribe cover label for the DVD or movie Whiteout.
This seems to be a thriller set in Antarctica, where people are to cold to hear you scream, or something like that. Actually I had no idea what it is about, but it looks interested, I will have to check this out eventually.

I saw some previews which made it look interesting, but I heard it was bad. Probably still better than the twilight movies though.

I was pretty interested in checking this movie out until I saw a preview with an old lady or some sort of creature that looked like an old lady started to walk up the walls, then it just looked stupid. Of what I understand it wasn’t well received.

Vampires are huge right now in Hollywood. I blame Twilight for making vampires appealing to the masses. But all in all, these vampires are little girls like the ones in twilight, so maybe this movie might have turned out well. I don’t know, I got a strange vibe from the previews, it was like they were trying to hard to appeal to my demographic. Oh plus the plot sounds like a rip off of a episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, where it shows an alternate universe where Buffy never came to Sunnydale, and The Master and Darla turned all the people into cattle and created bars to where they could go and drink fresh blood from a pipe with like 6 spouts.

Sam Raimi returns to his horror roots with this humorous look on the whole ‘cursed’ genre. It was actually a decent film, especially compared to Spider Man 3. To be completely honest I was disturbed by the whole chewing on the lead actresses chin scene, but not for it being scary; yuck nasty!

Finally a comedic take on zombies that rivals the high awesome level set by Shawn of the Dead. This movie has to have been one of my favorite comedy movies to come out in the past few years. If you have not seen this movie yet, go forth and buy away! Too quickly sum it up; this movie has an extremely like able cast who are perhaps the last remaining survivors after a zombie apocalypse, it is not scary at all, but severally funny.

This could be either for the 2009 remake, or the original. I actually have only seen small parts of the original films, which I didn’t really have an opinion either way about. So, I am sure I will watch this remake eventually, but in no hurry.

A lightscribe cover label for the DVD movie Halloween (2007, but be creative, it could double as the original)
This is for the remake of the classic horror film. I have yet to see this as Rob Zombies name is attached to it. Not that I have anything against the man, but his name is also attached to house of a thousand corpes.

This movie turned out a whole lot better than I had anticipated. From the previews I expected a more adult version of National Treasure about the end of the world. Some scenes in this movie were truly believable, such as the plane crash, and the subway crash. Parts of this movie even creeped me out, mostly the weird people in the woods who like to watch little boys. Even though some things were done right, the overall plot seemed a bit silly and forced. I don’t quite get the connection of accidents (such of the plane trains and automobile types) and the end of the world.
